Installation modes

By default, the repack installs in fast mode. In that mode game resources are compressed with the same algo, as in original game, but with different (faster) compression settings. They take slightly more space on HDD, but the loading time is the same, no perfomance hit.

The optional bit-perfect (MD5 perfect) mode can be optionally turned on (and 1 or 2 more small .BINs must be downloaded as well).

Bit-perfect mode is about 30%-50% slower in installation, but the resulting game will be identical to CPY/PLAZA release.

Selective Download (These files are not in folder if u want them comment i can upload)

You can skip downloading of selective and optional files you don't need. Here is the list of such files:

• setup-fitgirl-optional-bit-perfect.bin (required, if you want to install the game in bit-perfect mode)

• setup-fitgirl-optional-ultra-hd-textures.bin (ultra textures DLC files, recommended for videocards with 6 GB of VRAM)

In example, if you want to launch the game with German UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers, but don't need ultra textures - skip all "selective" files, but download setup-fitgirl-selective-speech-german.bin & all main files (01-06).

Remember, that at least one speech pack must be downloaded and installed.

If save files don't work for you

Open CPY.ini, located in "Game Folder\bin" witn any text editor
and set new custom path in string: SavePath=%DEFAULT_CPY_DIR%
In example: SavePath=C:\WD2_Saves\

Also make sure you have indexing turned ON for folder with saves. Windows Search also must be active.
